Security Seal Welding Ultrasonic Plastic Welders produce durable, consistent, reliable security seals in bonding of one cycle with ten seals, but, the elemental consideration start its initiation from machine,tooling design, material,configuration that are unavoidable in selection and construction, normally, we will choose 15khz ultrasonic welding machine for multiple seals in one mold, obviously, 15khz can apply stronger ultrasonic frictional force to generate quick heat and cooling down in bonding and solidifying result, but 20khz ultrasonic welding machine is usually consider for single seals in one welding cycle without too much energy but decreasing the resulting noise with gentle vibration force to avoid broken seals, ultrasonic welder power, the plastic welder supplier need to know how many cavities, and also the total length for machine power confirmation, ultrasonic sonotrode: we also call it the ultrasonic mold, for the security seal welding, we must arrange tentative welding before production to make sure that the output power is even, in order to avoid the problem of some security seals are sealed, and others are not, beside, the ultrasonic sonotrode is consumable, it is better to prepare at least the upper sonotrode as back up, security seals design: here are two common seen problems, the metal pieces inside is not match the seal, if the metal piece is too large, the plastic amount at the welding surface is not enough, the contact surface will be broken during the welding process, if the plastic amount at the welding surface is not enough, the contact surface will be broken during the welding process

5th Step: Afterward, the horn is held for hold time to allow security seals to fuse
