Raw material preparation: First, the paper cards and blister shells to be sealed need to be prepared. These materials are usually made in advance and placed in the working area of the sealing machine.
Blister shell positioning: The blister shell is placed on the workbench of the sealing machine and accurately positioned at the sealing position by the positioning device. This ensures the accuracy and consistency of the sealing.
Paper card placement: The paper card usually carries product information, trademarks or other relevant information, which needs to be placed above the blister shell so that it can be encapsulated inside the blister shell when sealing.
Heating and sealing: The sealing machine heats the edge of the blister shell through a heating device to soften it and tightly bond it to the paper card. This usually involves controlling the edge of the blister shell for a certain time and temperature to ensure the firmness and aesthetics of the seal.
Quality inspection: After the sealing is completed, a quality inspection is usually carried out to ensure that the quality of the seal meets the standard requirements. This may involve checking the firmness of the seal, the appearance quality, etc.
Packaging and shipment: After the sealing is completed, the products will be sent to the packaging area, packaged and labeled, and then sent to the warehouse for shipment
