All major parts (heater, handle, TEMP regulator, detector and cord) are user replaceable

Self contained mandrel equipped into holding shrank to keep all character discs hot
Ultra strong nickel plated alloy steel character discs and aviation aluminum power case are durable life-span
Precision element wound around a high conductivity core provides consistent die temperature and long service life
Rotary character discs to quickly select desirable signs without waiting for heating up after each changeover
Ten customized character around facade of specified quantities of discs are integral with heating mandrel coupled with holding shrank
Built in stand supports branding head during heat up and idle, use as auxiliary top handle with branding

Solid plastic bank handle and auxiliary top aluminum insulated handle combined design to exert pressure in melting under ensured a cool grip and sufficient pressing force

041: Combine your desired characters by rotary character wheels/discs
042: Plug in the branding iron, turn it on, and wait for it to heat up
043: For beginners, our team of experts recommends that you practice on scrap rubber first, perform different branding on the rubber while taking note of the pressure and tune used basing on our referential parameters
044: Choose an area on the branding surface and brand your arranged alphanumeric characters on it, press the iron against the rubber surface with your practical approved parameters
Special notice
01:The machine has earth wire and dual fuse, please use it correctly
02:Power supply must comply with tool
03:Keep the tire brander dry, don't use it in humidity environment
04:Must leave 0.5m space when using the tire brander
05:Cannot rebuild the tire brander, open the power box and heating couples
06:Must cut off the main power supply after using the machine
07:Please change the new heating tube once have defected heating function
08:Please contact manufacturer if need to change the heating tube
09: Cannot use the tire brander over 8 hours
10: If have any residues or detained material on numbering roller, please clean it immediately
