PP Hollow Sheet Bonding Corrugated Turnover Box Welding Portable Ultrasonic Spot Welder is handheld ultrasonic spot welder used for PP hollow board bonding in corrugated box making, this spot welder can go with your to anywhere in convenient production, especially for small quantities production, or auxiliary tool in corrugated box building, ultrasonic generator can convert electric 50hz to high frequency current at power circle 28khz,which will connected to ultrasonic vibration stack combined in piezoelectric ceramic transducer, booster, and ultrasonic horn, the vibration from transducer is amplified by booster, and transmitted to ultrasonic horn/sonotrode resulting in mechanical vibration in amplitude 5~50um, which can cause intermolecular friction on the jointing point of hollow board, after cessation of vibration under hand press applied, the melting point is solidified, the bonding process is completed, because the melting point is reached by intrinsic intermolecular friction, which won't produce any damage around the material, and its bonding force is stronger than the material itself
