Sonic Plastic Welder Auto Turntable Ultrasonic Welding Machine is used for amorphous and semi-crystalline thermoplastic material bonding without the jointing design of mechanical snap-fits, screws or chemical adhesives, auto turntable index equipped with automatic robot arm to achieve automatic production of welding process in home appliance, electronic parts, medical parts, stationary and auto plastic parts, ultrasonic welding uses high frequency vibration to melt and weld plastic, customized ultrasonic horn/sonotrode vibrates at ultrasonic frequencies and causes concentrated molecular vibration in the weld joint, the molecular friction cause the material itself heated to reach melting point, once the vibration is stopped, the horn/sonotrode maintains a holding pressure on the joint to create a bond, ultrasonic welding process has not any consumptive material in its bonding, only small area of contacting joint heats to melt and solidify under pressure in result of air-tight and water-tight sealing
