Plastic Welding Handheld Ultrasonic Spot Welder is movable ultrasonic manual welding tool of handheld type, it is composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic converter, and customized horn, this ultrasonic system can be used in conjunction with corresponding pneumatic actuated spot welder of standing-along, and can also be directly connected with combined structure with a transducer, an amplitude modulator and welding head for automatic operation, comparing with other traditional processes (such as gluing, ironing or screw fastening,etc), it has the characters of low energy consumption, hih efficiency, no deformation, no pollution, form welding and convenient operation, the ultrasonic power output ranges 300w to 800w basing on specified ultrasonic frequency 28khz or 35khz, moreover, additional configuration and functionality both are acceptable in our construction
